In today’s modern fast paced world where mums need to wear just about every hat possible and yet function as someone who is doing it with ease and has it all together.
Is this a true picture? I think not!
We are so busy with not enough time in the day to do everything, let alone care for ‘ourselves’, the most precious commodity.
Whilst all of this may be true, the problem is IF we keep trying to ‘DO” things different with the ‘SAME’ level of thinking (which is actually running the show more than you know) you will keep getting more of what you don’t want.
This is observed all the time, especially in a clinical setting in terms of health. Clients ‘KNOW’ exactly what to do, but they struggle to make the changes, even when they have a well laid out plan that tells them step by step what to do when.
The problem here is the not the lack of information, perfect meal plans or recipes, but a lack of understanding of the mind principles at play and the psychology of change.
In order to get something different or achieve your desired health & wellness goal; be it release 5kg to gain more energy, clear up the eczema on your child’s body so that they can sleep in peace or reduce the reliance on puffers for your child’s asthma, you need to:
Believe different
Think different
Be different
Act different
We have no control over our circumstances, only how we think and perceive it to be and the actions we take thereafter.
If we stay stuck at the “do’’ different level without working from “Believe” different, very little change will come from it or not for long anyway.
- We can have ALL the recipes to start a fresh on Monday
- We can try all the best laid out plan of action or time management plan, but if you don’t address the core areas above, very little will change long term
At the core of it, our mindset to health and wellness needs to change. That is why I’ve developed the Mums Mindset Reset Program.
This program is to introduce you to the fundamental foundational concepts of the brain and mind and use it to reset your mindset for lasting optimal health and wellness.

Week 3 – Kicking Stress to the curb
How everyday stress is making you sicker, even when you are eating the ‘perfect’ nutrition plan
The tools to deal and manage stress on a daily basis with ease
Week 4 – Eating for brain health
The optimal nutrition for brain health
How it will work?
Once your payment is processed, you will receive and email which will provide you access to a content page.
The content page will house the video modules for your to watch BEFORE we meet together each week and download the associated workbook(s)
You will review and complete the allocated tasks as best to your capabilities BEFORE we meet each week
We will meet together weekly online using ZOOM for 1 X 50-60 min to:
Recap the lesson
Answer any questions you may have
Coach you through the process of change unique to your personal circumstances incorporating all of the tools to make practical implementation a breeze
What is included:
4 X 1:1 50-60 min Online coaching sessions ( All coaching sessions MUST be taken within 6 weeks of commencing the program)
4 X video lessons and associated workbooks accessed via a secure content page
Copy of the recording if you wish
Any other tools deemed necessary
At end of our 4 weeks together, you should:
