Hi! I'm Chantal, an Empowerment & Mindset mentor. As a busy women myself juggling all the demands of life, family and a career, I understand what it feels like to experience the depths of burnout.

I have been there - not once but twice!

I originally trained as a Gut Health Coach specialising in women and children’s health and well being.

This was until I realised from personal and clinical experience that there was more going on that what we put into our bodies.

Any lifestyle or health changes we want to make start in the mind, specifically with processing our emotions and examining our belief system.

In order to have the capacity to do this, we need to learn how to deliberately calm down the mind & the body.

This short mini course Overwhelm to Calm is the perfect first step to learn a variety of tools and techniques to do this.

What to Expect:

  1. Set aside 15-20 minutes for each video. Viewing time is only 5-15

    minutes, the extra time allows you to make notes and digest the content.

  2. Have a pen and paper ready. Super important to note what comes up for you.

  3. Print off a copy of Workbook. Even better place it in a binder.

  4. Start using the techniques immediately. Most Important!
